Laboratory for testing wine quality control
Numerous studies have shown that the role of the oenological laboratory, i.e. the determination of sensory, physical-chemical, biological and other parameters in wine, is of great importance for determining and maintaining the quality of wine.
In accordance with the market and business requirements of the Šumadija district, the Kragujevac Institute for Information Technology wanted to provide its users with maximum reliability, timeliness and confidentiality of laboratory testing of wine samples. Precisely for these reasons, the Institute formed the WINE QUALITY CONTROL TESTING LABORATORY, which in 2023 acquired accreditation in accordance with the requirements of the SRPS ISO/IEC 17025 standard: General requirements for the competence of testing laboratories and calibration laboratories.
