Испитиване су варијанте гена рецептора епидермалног фактора раста (енгл. еpidermal growth factor receptor, EGFR) код пацијената оболелих од немикроћелијског тумора плућа (енгл. Non-small cell lung cancer, NSCLC) и то полиморфизми појединачних нуклеотида (енгл. single nucleotide polymorphisms SNP(s)): -216G>T (rs712829) и -191C>A (rs712830) и 181946C>T (D994D) (rs2293347).
